http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14438 Can't configure referrals in JNDI Realm Summary: Can't configure referrals in JNDI Realm Product: Tomcat 4 Version: 4.1.12 Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: Other Component: Catalina:Modules AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] With the current JNDIRealm, there is no way to configure how JNDI should handle referrals returned by the server. This is a problem when authenticating against Active Directory, because you must configure JNDI to follow all referrals (otherwise you get an exception). I have a patch that I will submit to the mailing list after I file this bug. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:tomcat-dev-unsubscribe@;jakarta.apache.org> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:tomcat-dev-help@;jakarta.apache.org>
