I've encountere da case where, in addition to extra PATH information, I also need some extra environment variables. It would be nice to be able to set these in the local environment of the tomcat.exe process as I do with the "extra path". Is 'tomcat.exe' part of the Tomcat project, or is it a third pary tool?
