http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13226 Can't access files with international characters Summary: Can't access files with international characters Product: Tomcat 4 Version: 4.0.4 Final Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: Unknown AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Using Tomcat 4.0.4 (installed from the RPMs now in the Jakarta archives), if Tomcat is serving a file that has international characters in the filename and a user requests that file, Tomcat misinterprets the filename. As a result, it gives an error, "The requested resource is not available." For example, accessing "http://localhost/Björk" yields the error, "The requested resource (/Björk/) is not available." The expected result is to process the international characters in the filename correctly, and serve the file. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
