tomcat mixes up context contents (can maybe exploited as a security hole!)

No, both hosts have the same appbase, and by default Tomcat autodeploys webapps,
and both hosts have both contexts deployed.

Either:
- disable autoDeploy and liveDeploy in the hosts
- use separate appbases (recommended !)
