Apache 2.0.40 and mod_jk2 errors

Yes, I can access tomcat stand alone using port 8080.

Here's the tomcat startup console output:

Tomcat doesn't create stdout or stderr files, that I can find (logs directory).

tomcat.jar and ${CATALINA_HOME}/lib don't exist on my machine (tomcat 4.1.9).  
${CATALINA_HOME}/common/lib and ${CATALINA_HOME}/server/lib do exist though.

In the past Apache 2.0.39 and Tomcat 4.1.9 worked inprocess just fine.  2.0.40 
doesn't like mod_jk2 for some reason.  At least it doesn't like the version 
that I built.  Would it be possible for you to recompile, for 2.0.40, and post 
the mod_jk2.dll file?
