DefaultServlet doesn't send expires header

This forces browser to reload images everytime. If I have a directory with
images, the server doesn't send expires header, so when reloading the page,
browser sends a conditional get, receiving a 304.

AS apache, we need a configuration parameter to determine the expiration lap of
static content.
