Setting DirectoryIndex of index.jsp does not get served by jk2

Mark, I have made some changes to mod_jk, not mod_jk2. You might want to take
those changes and try them with your aliases. Please note that URI will be left
unchanged, so your instance of Tomcat needs to know about it. The alias
processing only covers files on the file system, it doesn't involve changing the
URI's.

I won't commit anything to mod_jk2 since there have been major objections from
other commiters about the code.
