Counterproposal: one repo "jakarta-tomcat-apis", this saves the naming point it's neutral, this could contain every api Tomcat uses for 5.0 and in future, branching allowed, ) 2 dirs inside "servlet" & "jsp", standalone build.xml for each, and one common in the root repo dir.. to match every taste..
