So you are not against the proposal's ideas, but against the timing of 
the proposal (I'd lie if I said I didn't have any reservations on the 
schedule either). I can understand that. (I was about to post a flame, 
then I actually read the email, and noticed that all your points were 
about the timing)

I'd like to know your opinion on the proposal's ideas now.
