http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=9954 Taglibs must have external TLDs [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Severity|Enhancement |Normal ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2002-06-18 16:42 ------- In the JSP1.1 spec, section 5.2.1, and the JSP1.2 spec, section 7.2.1, it does indeed specify that a packaged taglib .jar can have the TLD in a jar file, in the META-INF directory. My original assumption was that it was in the spec, but I couldn't find it; then I found it in both specs. Thus, the RI is not following the spec; no longer an enhancement but an actual bug. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
