The tomcat 4.1.3 rpm will be built against mx4j (1.0b3) and 
will included it.

I won't include anything which as not a licence prohibiting
it to be distributed alone (to respect the general rpm policies).

So there will be no javamail, jdbc2ext, jta, activation....
