It shouldn't hurt in any way, it's just some code that will not be used 
for now ( you have to explicitely enable JkMX to get the jk components 
into the mbean server ).

We can put some flags to exclude them.

Nothing important, I'm working on the jmx stuff a bit, so it shouldn't 
affect the stable code in any way.
