Unfortunately, this can't be fixed. Components from the webapps cannot see the
container classes, while components from the server CL cannot see the webapp
class loaders (there would also be the obvious problem where you wouldn't know
from which webapp CL the class should be loaded). So the only solution is to put
the valve in server/lib, and the classes you need in common/lib.
