Log:
Sometimes BootstrapService is not compiled in.
In 4.1 it requires daemon - that's a problem ( IMHO ), there are
other uses of Service ( like embeding, etc ) and it shouldn't have
this dep ( especially since it isn't 1.0 )
For now we'll just use Bootstrap.
