Modified: lib commons-logging.jar
Log:
Updated the logging package from cvs-head.
It'll display the currect class name for jdk1.4, and will create a sane
( consistent with the defaults for simple and jdk1.4 ) config for log4j,
if none is specified.
Plus it has a Class-Path attribute, so less CLASSPATH required for
cli.
