Does not detect if included file has been updated

Summary: Does not detect if included file has been updated
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0.3 Final
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I have the following statement in all my JSP files.
<%@include file="/include.jsp"%>

When include.jsp is changed I have to "re-save" all JSP files that has the
include statement to see the change, i.e. the JSP compiler does not notice that
the include file has been updated.
