i've just installed tomcat4 on a mandrake 8. although it's correctly
installed, i'm only allowed to stablish http connections when asking on
port 8080
http://server:8080
if i try to access directly [http://server] it's not found. as i'm used
with apache, when you install apache, automaticaly handles all http without
specifying the port
i've placed some test files on /ROOT and it does run as well as the
servlet examples
what should i chango on the conf for beign able to accept http petitions
without specifiyng a port. i've turned off apache as i think tomcat has
apache engine inside [at least can load html and handle http connections]
