Attached is a patch to the jtc jk_nt_service.c to allow service properties to be supplied as arguments on the command line when the service is installed.
Most of this is a merge from the tomcat 3.3 tree, with the addition of allowing the service description to be set. -- tim <<jk_nt_service.c.diff>>
