I have defined the ServerName directive. If I don't define it, then I get
an error message telling me that it is not set.
The relevant part of the Apache configuration file follows:
LoadModule webapp_module libexec/mod_webapp.so
AddModule mod_webapp.c
<IfModule mod_webapp.c>
WebAppConnection conn warp localhost:8008
WebAppDeploy examples conn /examples
</IfModule>
