I seem to have a circular dependency issue. Tomcat-4.0 depends on coyote. If catalina is present, coyote will build the tomcat4 connectors.
Javac compilation is not the issue, the issue is the attempt to copy the tomcat-coyote-catalina.jar during the compilation phase.
