The latest version should work because the whole reason I started the rewrite was to support including .shtml pages from within other .shtml pages. And as you know, .shtml pages are handled by a servlet. Therefore, the lastest version should work. Images will be included as raw data in the HTML output, but I think this is correct behavior.
