I'm fixing the build right now :-)

There is no refactoring in the main tree - both the native and java code
were reverted ! The only thing that is changed is the build system, I did
few changes yesterday and I'll finish today - I want to get it to build
with 4.0 and 4.1.

The code I'm working on is on a different package ( both native and java
), it'll eventually be buit but not used.

There are few important fixes ( at least in the native code ) compared
with the previous release.
