  Log:
  Moved left_bytes_to_send to ws_service ( it's a characteristic of the request,
  not endpoint )
  
  Added some more documentation on message. Moved the 'negotiation' flags ( since
  will be set per endpoint ), same for the servletContainerName ( you can have
   a pool with different versions of tomcat or other containers ).
  
  Moved teh 'send', 'get' into msg.
