When a jsp has the following page directive:

<%@page
import="java.util.Vector"
import="com.mycompany.myObj.BOTasks"
import="com.mycompany.myObj.BOCrmJsp"
import="com.mycompany.utils.StringUtils"
%>

renders the following compilation:

package org.apache.jsp;

import java.util.Vector;
import java.util.Vector;
import java.util.Vector;
import java.util.Vector;
import javax.servlet.*;
import javax.servlet.http.*;
import javax.servlet.jsp.*;
import org.apache.jasper.runtime.*;
...

The first import is replicated the same amount of import statements in the
directive.

As the spec states,
JSP.2.10.1 The page Directive
...
However, there shall be only one occurrence of any attribute/value defined by
this directive in a given translation unit with the exception of the “import”
attribute; multiple uses of this attribute are cumulative (with ordered set
union semantics). Other such multiple attribute/value (re)definitions result in
a fatal translation error.
