I built from cvs on 20-Sept-01 and 21-Sept-01 and had the missing symbol
'pthread_sigmask' error on both occassions. Maybe there is some out of date
information in the build instructions. I followed the instructions in
webapp/docs/apache-1.3.html and AFAICR the flags listed were --enable-static
--disable-shared but not --disable-threads. (The doc path was from memory, hopefully
it's right.)
