The Tomcat website is generated w/Anakia? I had no idea. Also, I'm not
sure what that has to do with the existing TC3/4 documentation that's all
written in HTML? Should I start redoing all of the TC4 docs (re: HTML ->
XML)?

The point of the discussion (for me) was figure out how to proceed with the
documentation. HTML is fine, whatever Anakia is is fine, whatever is fine
with me. I was just hoping for someone in-the-know to step up and tell me
"how it's done" around here. Now that I know about Anakia, and why I keep
seeing "xdocs" directories here and there, I can get started.
