compiling mod_jk for apache 2.0

Has anyone gotten this to work on Solaris?  I currently have the Apache
2.0.16 beta distribution, and I cannot get the 2.0 native code for mod_jk in
Tomcat 3.2.2 to compile.  Am I doing something wrong?
