Mangler.java
Log:
Moved Mangler to core.
In core we have the interfaces between jasper and the container, mangler
is one of them. As part of "liaison" we'll have at least 3 manglers,
for most practical purposes you could just use one of them.
( old mangler, 3.3 versioned naming style, non-versioned )
