Session ID in load balancer in 3.2.2

According to the RELEASE-NOTES, the load balancer was fixed to correctly
extract the session ID from the Cookie.

It seems the extraction from the URI has not been corrected, line 136
should read

        *id_end = '\0';

instead of

        id_end = NULL;

Has this been corrected in the current CVS source tree?
