Hi Filip,

I'm happy to see this happening ! Documentation is one of the weakest
points in tomcat, and I'm glad to see people willing to work on that.

Few general comments:
- licence. Tomcat is licenced under Apache, and from various reasons it's
not easy to "bundle" apache and gpl-licenced code. It would be nice if you
would use a similar licence for the documentation, in order to be able to
combine the docs with the products :-)

- existing docs. If you are interested in helping with the documentation,
maybe you can help a bit with the current documentation too.

Having a well-organized book would be far better than the current
disparate notes, and when it's ready we could point to it or include it (
if the licence is compatible ).

I'll start reading the docs in few weeks and give more feedback, it is a
good start but there are few things that could be improved :-).
