  Removed:     src/share/org/apache/tomcat/modules/tagpool
                        TagPoolManagerInterceptor.java
  Log:
  Moved TagPoolManagerIntgerceptor, that resolves a build problem , it
  depends on jasper runtime.
  
  In future we should unify pool management and use a global module
  ( not specific to tags )
