At the moment, I'm the default assignee for most other Tomcat3 stuff.
It means the I get the e-mail notification when a new bug is entered.
Unfortunately, I'm not finding much time to review them and re-assign
them if appropriate. I think we need pretty much ignore who a bug
is assigned to and step in where ever you feel inclined. I will *not*
be offended if someone fixes a bug assigned to me.
