  Finally, add the apache auto-config setting to Tomcat.

  the auto-configure script in section 2, Tomcat Configuration:
  
  "To turn these on, add the following modules after the
    <AutoWebApp ... /> module in the server.xml file:
  
    Apache configs:  <ApacheConfig />"
