I seems to be an attack against the majority of Apache list (xml / jakarta).

That's ok for me. Since we will start soon TC 3.3 Milestone
users wanting Apache 2.0 support will have to go to TC 3.3.
Or we could respeak later about mod_jk/ajp as tomcat sub-project [?-]
