FYI.: doing a http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi you will get
the list of ALL bugs open in bugzilla, regardless of product or any
other condition , if anybody finds more inacuracies or problems like
that ( and there are many more as bugrat data it's a mess , people can
type his own version and the like without restrictionns in bugrat), help
in finding such problem will be very appreciated , and localize the
anonymous reporters to ask for some more info..
