Hi,

What about another category - "Encoding" for all encoding-related bugs ?
( that would include all "special chars", charsets, etc). It's a big
issue and I want to have all the related bugs grouped togheter.

( I'll work on them - but it's not easy and will take few weeks to sort it
out )
