Any solution for bug#696?

Dear TomCat Bugs Team,

I also encountered the same problem as described in bug#696.
(Actually it also happened to '.doc' and '.ppt' and '.ps' file types
too.)

Could you please advise if you have any soluation for that problem
so far?
