Synopsis: 
Tomcat server won't start with strange char's in pathname

Description:
When Tomcat is installed on (f.e.) C: and want to change the server.xml with the 
docbase path to "W:\Temporary\A&P Supermarkt\Java\Sources"

and now you will start the tomcat server with startup.bat, it initiate and then stops 
working immediatly.
