The bug was closed, but I am using the latest version of TomCat and the
final release of JDK 1.3 on Solaris 2.7 and NT4.0, and I find the identical
problem on both OSs whenever I modify a .class file - the class is not reloaded,
and the same message appears as was reported in the bug
report:
"After
rebuilding my project and reloading the page, I get the following Error 500:
IllegalStateException: Can't happen - classname is null. Who added this? This
happens every time I try to rebuild my project. Only a restart of Tomcat fixes
it."
This bug was linked to bug #12, which has "Comment # 34 - Not closed with a reason -- reopened ", but the bug #12 is also now closed, again for no reason. The bug persists.
What can I do to reactivate this bug?
