You are not alone.

Although I did it to get the mod_jserv.dll or the mod_jk.dll
ok to work with mod_ssl.

I was not sucessful. (I did not have cygwin then.)

It would be nice if mod_ssl variations of those DLLs could be
included in the binary distribution. They are realy hard to 
get right for us, poor Win32 guys.
