Hi,
one of my users reported, that she can't send mail to a specific
server. investigated the case, and turned out, that they are using
greylisting. In the server log I have this:

I read the instructions and they say that this might be because my
mail server does not try to re-deliver the message when a 45x error
code is received from the remote server, and indeed, it didn't try it
again.
What do you think could cause this?
