Easy it may be a message refused because too big.
qmail lacks logging these kind of events.

Hi,
I've got a strange problem where mail is sent to an existing user,
gets scanned by simscan (v1.2) and the just vanishes.

And there is nothing in the /var/log/qmail/current for that time, the
message just seems to vanish.
Any ideas ?
Sadly, no. The message was sent again manually about 20 minutes later
and it came through fine. It's only 700k in size.
The message that vanishes comes from some automated mailer and the
messages that come in fine are sent manually.
All other (non-qmail) systems *supposedly* receive them just fine but I
haven't been able to verify that for myself yet.
Regards,
Rick
