i found my failure. I installed openssl-9.8g from source and installed openssl-9.8c with devs by dselect I found in /usr/local/ssl/include everthing from version 9.8g. I make distclean and remove everthing and configure Version 9.8c from source. Now there are no more conflicts and I have installes qmail successful.
