Second Question is, how can I stop my server sending bounce emails for over
quota?
Spam e-mails coming to full accounts are bounced because of user is over
quota and then that bounce is become double bounced.
Use chkusr for both of your questions.
1 - You won't have to scan or deliver messages when using chkusr
2 - You can set chkusr to check to quota and not deliver if the user is
over quota.
