Yes,

i'm using it. Build vpopmail with maildrop support (i'm using vpopmail 5.4.26 
but should works also with old release) "--enable-maildrop"

After create a maildroprc files with your rules and put in /etc/maildroprc 
(for linux).

My maildroprc is like this:

http://www.tnpi.biz/internet/mail/toaster/etc/mailfilter-domain

Now mail with spam-header YES goes to INBOX/.Junk
