[toaster] old toaster -- need to renew/update IMAP SLL Cert

Hello,
  I have an older Shupp Toaster installed (a few years old) , and I need to
update the SMTP/IMAP SSL certs.  Can someone please provide a few
step-by-step instructions to re-generate a valid cert?
