add libssl when linking qmail-envelope-scanner. See pattern " -L/usr/local/ssl/lib -lssl -lcrypto" below. When linking qmail-smtpd where is not missing " -L/usr/local/ssl/lib -lssl -lcrypto" pattern when linking mail-envelope-scanner.c there is missing. Do you have nonstandart ssl instalation of ssl ?
