Thanks for the time. Please tell me which setting could be causing this is that
spamassassin? I the usage going high only when spamd is running.
Please suggest me more on this as I am newbie.

there is 93.7% sy which means System CPU time
The time the CPU has spent running the kernel and its
processes.
So there is something wrong with your setting, and it takes lot of time
