Personally I just use the Debian package (its probably in Ubuntu as well): apt-get install daemontools or apt-get install daemontools-installer Theres also one for ucspi and djbdns. They seem to work well with the toaster (I also track the debian spamassassin and clamav rather than install from the toaster sources with no problems) Marcus
