Currently i have simscan 1.3.1 which i get from rpm at qmailtoaster site.
Can i applied this patch?

I just want to reformat again and try your install. I'm using Centos here.
I also heard about the eliminate-dups. is it working?

This assumes you do NOT have the patch applied already.
You might also try the smtp-delay program between rblsmtpd and
qmail-smtpd, as it helps stop pipelining, which might be related as well.
